That’s why we were honoured to sponsor the recent Care for Kids, Culture of Care event, an event dedicated to sharing insights and strategies for creating positive, supportive environments in the childcare sector.
The event featured two guest speakers who provided valuable insights into creating a positive workplace culture.
Jason McCartney, AFL Legend, shared insights into how to effectively integrate staff into your company culture, and the importance of who you select to be part of your ‘team’, including knowing the talent and character of the individual you are hiring.
Hiam Sakakini, the founder of The Culture Equation, also graced the stage, providing insights on building a thriving organisational culture through her 4-step formula. Sakakini’s workshop included how to ensure your team is high performing and empowered, by focusing on aspects such as beliefs and good leadership.
We are excited to implement these insights and further our mission of creating supportive environments for our educators and clients.
